Coach D of Femnomenal Fitness, a women's exclusive gym in Dacula, GA, hired SML Assisting in September of 2021. At this time she was offering personal training services in the garage of her home, and she had one major goal - open a women's only gym. In April 2022, Coach D signed a lease for her gym. That's only SEVEN months after she hired us. How did we help her do this?! We took over the minutiae and allowed her to focus on the big picture. One of our first retainer clients in Georgia, a prominent designer in Atlanta, hired us to handle lead and calendar management for her business. We were able to manage her calendar in a way that worked best for her execution, we set a limit on the number of consultations she would take each day as well as limited the days of the week she was available for calls. Then during major event weeks, we would close her calendar for consultations to allow her to focus in her zone of genius to ensure client satisfaction and owner quality when it came to execution.
